Raised in Southern California, Wynn has been a resident of Fort Collins since 1989. Prior to joining the Group, Inc. in 1999, Wynn was the Director of Strategic Planning for Duke communications in Loveland. For several years, he served as the President of the Teamwork Group, a training and development company in Northern Colorado.
Wynn is actively involved with Foothills Rotary and The Association of Catholic Student Councils and was the 2010-11 Campaign Co-Chair for United Way of Larimer County. He has also served on various Boards of Directors including the Women’s Center of Larimer County and the Colorado Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. Wynn and his wife, Karen, have two lovely daughters, Laura Jo and Kyndall. The family likes to cycle, hike, golf, and travel.

Laura Jo was born and raised in Fort Collins. She graduated from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska with a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Laura Jo rowed for four years on the Creighton Division I Crew Team, so she loves early mornings out on the water. After graduating, Laura Jo worked for Union Pacific Railroad as a Corporate Auditor. Like most Coloradoans, she enjoys being outdoors – hiking, cycling, skiing, traveling and spending time with friends in Northern Colorado.

Karen has been working with Wynn since 2005, forming the “Washle Team” to provide exceptional real estate service for our buyers and sellers. Karen and Wynn have lived in Fort Collins since 1989 and consider it living in paradise! It has been a wonderful place to raise our daughters and be part of a fabulous community. Karen was a dental hygienist for 18 years and has enjoyed her role as Marketing and Transaction Coordinator to Wynn, Laura Jo and their clients. Outside the office she loves reading, entertaining, hiking, walking with friends and their dog, bowling, and community service.
